Shipping Across Pakistan

GullBee delivers nationwide, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all major cities and towns through our courier partners.

• Order processing time: 1–2 business days
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days within major cities; 5–7 business days for other areas
• Order tracking: You will receive tracking information via SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We know many of our customers prefer to pay when the product arrives. GullBee proudly offers Cash on Delivery on all orders across Pakistan, in addition to online payment via card, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.

Returns & Replacements

Customer satisfaction matters to us. Please review the conditions below:

• If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@gullbee.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement.
• Due to the nature of skincare products, opened or used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is found to be defective or damaged on arrival.
• Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied — please contact us first to confirm eligibility before sending anything back.
• Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected, via your original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.

2. Describe the issue and attach a photo if relevant.
3. Our team will confirm the next steps within 24–48 hours.
